Computer Hacking!

Please forgive me for any of you who recently received such horrible emails from a computer hacker who got into my system. It is completely bogus and I'm completely at whits end about it! They took all my contact list and therefore if your one of them, I do not have emails for anyone anymore, and I need them all once again. Thanks,
